Through the NSF Award, Georgia Tech is building upon the momentum of previous activities to support the full participation and advancement of women and to provide a model of best practices. In order to achieve these goals, Georgia Tech is examining a variety of issues, from promotion and tenure to family and work policies, and implementing change measures to ensure true progress.
